Burrito Gallery was already a favorite destination for Downtown denizens and monthly Art Walk patrons. The opening of its Brooklyn location, which came with a rooftop bar and a killer view, presented an opportunity to expand the BG brand in a growing dining scene (and the prime location on Riverside Avenue didn’t hurt, either).
As BG’s longtime creative partner, we reveled in the tasks associated with opening a new location of a successful brand. For the new BG Brooklyn, we developed a fresh menu layout, updated logo and signage, and a mood board highlighting a variety of experiential design concepts including environmental graphics and graffiti wall. The overall aesthetic reflects the bright colors, laid-back vibe, and trademark “Jax Mex” fare that made BG an instant River City icon.
