The 20th anniversary logo for The DONNA Foundation

For more than 40 years, David Gray’s team of top professionals has delivered the fast and effective plumbing, electrical and HVAC services Jacksonville families can trust.

At the end of 2020, David Gray approached us to provide a new, refreshed look for the local company while also developing a marketing plan that covered outdoor, digital, TV, and radio. 

After the company expanded its offerings, the existing logo no longer embodied all of its service lines. We decided to update the brand by clearly distinguishing the three offerings while still keeping the prominent teal color and familiar typeface.

In 2015, our firm was selected through a competitive bid process to provide strategic public relations support for the organization’s operations in Northeast Florida and expansion throughout the state.

In the years since then, our efforts have resulted in hundreds of positive earned media placements in local, regional, and national outlets, ranging from industry awards and coverage of new construction developments throughout the project life cycle, to client success stories and thought leadership opportunities.

The results are in.

As part of a reimagined marketing strategy, we included outdoor options as well — something David Gray had never explored before.

 Simple creative and straightforward headlines allowed us to focus on building brand awareness for its HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. The updated look-and-feel flowed easily into a digital retargeting campaign. For a fun, memorable TV spot, we mimicked an 80s video game, using an 8-bit style to inform audiences about its various service lines. 

Adding more services to the mix, Wingard also currently provides ongoing social media, digital marketing, and website optimization for David Gray. We’re proud to be an extension of this family-owned and locally grown company, and continue to provide service with a smile.
