The Black Sheep Restaurant Group was already well-known around Northeast Florida for several popular restaurants. When the team decided grow their portfolio with a new concept, Bellwether, they turned to us. The goal for the new concept was to lead the way in Downtown Jacksonville’s casual dining scene, aligning with the definition of the restaurant’s namesake: the leading sheep of a flock, with a bell on its neck.
As a long-time partner with a successful track record working with the Black Sheep Restaurant Group, we were tasked with developing the brand from the ground up. It took on a modern and clean vibe throughout, from the identity and logo, to the menus and wearables, to the website and ads. The minimal color palette and simple design lets the food and service do the talking, while retaining a powerful impact.
