In response to a challenging job market, the company sought a website redesign to underscore its dedication to employees while continuing to deliver outstanding service to clients.
After mapping out the best new user experience for job seekers, we used those insights to restructure Miller Electric’s website and drive attention to added features focused on employee recruitment and retention: a sticky hiring banner across the top of the page, high-quality photos demonstrating company culture, and a new Join the Team section to highlight opportunities and encourage job seekers to apply.
In addition to the website redesign, we embarked on a comprehensive digital marketing plan to enhance the online presence of Miller EV Solutions, Miller Electric’s electric vehicle service line. Our efforts included LinkedIn social media management, monthly blog posts, targeted email marketing campaigns, and strategic paid social ads. Their LinkedIn Showcase Page grew rapidly, jumping from zero followers to more than 1,000 in a matter of months.
In the years since then, our efforts have resulted in hundreds of positive earned media placements in local, regional, and national outlets, ranging from industry awards and coverage of new construction developments throughout the project life cycle, to client success stories and thought leadership opportunities.
