The 20th anniversary logo for The DONNA Foundation

Ackerman Cancer Center (ACC) is the first and only physician-owned proton therapy center in the world, as well as North Florida’s only independent radiation oncology practice.

Facing challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ACC sought to redesign its website and refresh its overall marketing strategy.

We created a website that would operate as an information hub for patients, family members and referring physicians before, during and after a client’s treatment.

With a distinct messaging platform in place, we worked with ACC to develop a creative marketing plan across print, outdoor and digital media, building campaigns to target both patients and physicians. We also assisted them with social media support and content to encourage engagement from its multiple target audiences and continue to drive patients to the website for information or appointment scheduling.
