Wingard Earns Eight Local ADDY® Awards
Award season isn’t just for Hollywood A-listers. On the evening of March 2, 2019, several Wingardians donned their finest futuristic attire for the AAF Jacksonville ADDY® awards — and came home with multiple awards.
Our design and campaign work for Dixie Vodka earned the most recognition, netting a Gold ADDY® for packaging design, and Silver ADDY® awards for the single-unit packaging design for Dixie Wildflower Honey Vodka and the “Raised in the South” national consumer campaign.
Additional highlights included Silver ADDY® awards for clients including the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, GO Pull-It and our 2019 brand reel.
“This kind of work would not be possible without the input and collaboration of our partners over the past year,” said David Wingard, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Wingard. “These awards belong to our partners, as well; we are grateful for their trust and look forward to representing the Jacksonville design community at the district awards competition.”
So what’s next? Our Gold ADDY® winning entry, as well as five Silver ADDY® winning entries, will now advance to compete at the district level. The AAF 4th District comprises 21 local federations throughout Florida and the Caribbean, including AAF Jacksonville. Gold winners from that competition will proceed to the national ADDY® awards later this year.
Congratulations to the AAF Jacksonville team for a great event, and to our peers in the Northeast Florida advertising community for an impressive year of excellence in advertising!
